We can now finally start eating and drinking at our local cafe’s again and we went to check out some of the different outdoor seating offered by our favourite local businesses in Northwich.
First up we headed to Kanya who have outdoor seating available all year round. It is directly in front of the restaurant with easy access to get in and out if needed. There is a shelter and approximately 8 to 10 tables are available. All you need to do once you have arrived at your table, and chosen from the menu is to head inside and order. Food and drinks are then bought directly to your table.
Next we headed round the corner to Vinnies. They also have a handful of outdoor seating available to sit and have your milkshake. You could also choose to take them away and sit opposite in the new open space (where the outdoor market used to be.) To order you head inside, tell them your table number and everything can be brought to you.
Barons Quay also hosts some fabulous spots for outdoor dining such as Bear, Wildwood and Coffee House. All of which have a generous number of tables available. Wildwood and Bear both offer table service, so your order is either taken by a waitress or you can scan a QR code that enables you to order and pay completely contactless.
Our last stop was at Temple Bar and Cafe, which is still relatively new to Northwich. Right in the middle of the high-street this place is perfect for people watching. The quirky tables and chairs are situated all around the outside and it is table service only.
Hand sanitiser is available at all of the places listed above and staff wear appropriate PPE to ensure their customers have a safe and enjoyable dining experience. We have loved being able to get back out and meet friends over a coffee, have a delicious lunch cooked and served to us. If it is a nice day we highly recommend you head out and treat yourselves while supporting some of our local independent businesses.
