Monday 17th May means we can once more sit inside our local pubs and restaurants. And the Broken Cross in Rudheath, Northwich are excited to welcome their customers back through the door.
They have spent the last few weeks redesigning a new menu, with a focus on enhancing the Vegetarian and Gluten Free selections such as the Brie wellington and Cajun Sweet Potato Roulade.
Make sure you also check out their new pasta selection, here are two we love the sound of:
Italian Spicy Chicken Pasta - Diced chicken breast in a spicy Italian sauce tossed with penne pasta served with garlic bread.
Grilled Chicken Pesto Pasta - Choose from Red pepper pesto or traditional pesto Genovese mixed with penne pasta, accompanied with garlic bread.
The Broken Cross was established in 1777 and before this it was cottages and used to have stables for the horses that would pull the canal trade barges! It still has some of its original features but has been modernised and made to feel cosy and relaxing. Of course when the sun is shining you will want to sit outside in one of their three beer gardens, watch the game on the 65" or sit and watch the boats go by at the front.
There are offers to enjoy every night of the week:
Monday - Gourmet burger night (inc bottled beer for £15.99)
